A custom landing page for Specsavers Canada’s corporate discount program that replaces printed brochures with an interactive portal. We delivered a responsive, accessible solution with secure access-code validation, CSV-exportable user data, and an intuitive admin interface for managing offers.

Specsavers Canada partnered with Shift8 to modernize their corporate partnership program by replacing static print materials with an interactive web portal built on WordPress. Members simply visit the landing page, enter a unique access code, and instantly unlock one of three tiered offers—complete with print- or mobile-ready vouchers—and optionally provide minimal contact details for follow-up. Behind the scenes, a streamlined admin console enables Specsavers’ marketing and CRM teams to bulk-upload code batches, map each code to specific promo art and discount tiers, and export submissions as Mailchimp-compatible CSVs (with a clear breakdown of first name, last name, email, and code). We followed Specsavers’ brand guidelines and accessibility standards to ensure the design aligned with international sites while delivering a frictionless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Custom WordPress Theme & Access-Code Integration

We built a custom WordPress theme and integrated Gravity Forms to validate access codes, fetch the corresponding promo code (e.g., 50% off, 30% off), and render print- or mobile-ready vouchers. The admin console allows Specsavers’ CRM team to bulk upload codes via CSV, map codes to promotional artwork, and export submissions for Mailchimp. We performed WCAG 2.2/AODA audits and rigorous QA across major browsers and devices to ensure accessibility and reliability. A password-protected staging site and weekly Basecamp updates kept stakeholders informed, resulting in a seamless launch for Specsavers’ corporate partners
