Tailored for Family Health Teams, Nurse-Practitioner Led Clinics, Community Health Centers, Home Care teams, and similar publicly funded team-based structures, the website seamlessly integrates valuable resources, fosters collaboration, and reinforces the critical role of pharmacists in primary care. The design reflects ImPACT's commitment to enhancing healthcare through accessible and cohesive online platforms.
